Can I see a proof before it is printed?

We are happy to email an electronic proof for you to verify dates and spelling. There may be additional charges if you require major changes to the design. Feel free to let us know your needs if a design change needs to be made.

Can I see a proof before making payment?

Sample images are provided online for each product to show the look of each item, however if you would like to see a proof of your product prior to making a payment feel free to contact us.

Can I pick up items?

We are an internet based business and typically all orders are handled over the internet or phone. This way we are able to keep overheads low and pass on the savings to you. We can ship ordes anywhere in Australia using express post. If required we can also organise a same day courier service or delivery.

Can I order a custom size card?

In most cases it is possible to order a custom size card to suit your needs, however there may or may not be an additional charge. Please confirm with us prior to placing your order.

Do you have the option of different fonts?

Our standard option is font Monotype, which is a fancy font and easy to read. Please look at our design guide for other options which you can request.

Can I receive a quote?

Our home page has a calculator that will provide an instant quote and when placing an order, the form will calculate the price prior to sending it. Feel free to contact us if you would like us to provide you with a quote or discuss your needs.

I've submitted an order, but didn't pay. Do I need to submit the order again?

If we can confirm that the order was received, you will not need to submit all the information again. You can simply include your name and quantity of the product and proceed to pay. If there is any uncertaintly you are welcome to contact us.
